It is essential that I verify income and assets to know which loan programs to consider, and to accurately calculate the loan amount you qualify for, and the amount of down payment you will have.
tax returns for the past 2 years, personal and/or business (all schedules/pages)
W2s/1099’s for the past 2 years
pay stubs for the last 30 days, must show year-to-date earnings
Bank statements/most recent
2 months, checking/savings/Ira/investments or any account holding funds for down payment (All pages)
Current mortgage statement
copy of your current homeowners insurance policy (if applicable)
(if applicable, all pages)
