Below is a list of documentation I need to collect in order to provide you & your realtor with a Pre-approval Letter.
It is essential that I verify your income and assets to determine which loan program is best for you, and to accurately calculate the loan amount & sales price that you qualify for, so that you may shop for houses with confidence!
tax returns- most recent 2 years, personal and/or business
(all schedules/pages)
W2's/1099’s - most recent 2 yrs
pay stubs - most recent 30 days, indicating year-to-date earnings
Bank statements
most recent 2 months, checking/savings/Ira/investments any account holding your funds for closing/down payment
Current mortgage statement
(if applicable)
copy of your current homeowners insurance policy (if applicable)
Divorce decree
(if applicable, all pages)
Additional items may be requested, depending on your unique situation.
